- Click “Add to Cart” in any item’s order box. A secure “Shopping Cart” window will open. Note that you may need to select a flavor or size before you can add an item to your cart.
- Within the shopping cart, you may update quantities, apply a coupon code. If you’d like to continue shopping, feel free to do so. You can always get back to your cart by clicking the green “cart” button in the upper center area of the site. Whenever you’re ready, proceed to checkout.
- Enter your billing and shipping information. Note that there is a box to check at the upper right if you would like your order shipped to a different address, and a field in which to enter any special order notes. Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order.
- Review your order. You may enter your credit card information here. Or, if you prefer to pay via PayPal, you may proceed to PayPal and follow the related instructions. Payment via credit card or PayPal is fast, easy, and SSL secured (128 Bit).
- Click the “Place Order” button.
- When your order has been completed, you will arrive at a confirmation page with an order number at the top for reference. You will also receive an email confirmation.
Please take care when entering your shipping address, and ensure that it is a safe and secure location for deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot re-ship orders after they have been shipped to an address as entered. If you would like to pay extra for signature confirmation on your shipment, please write this in the “Order Notes” field of the checkout page and email email@example.com. We will contact you to review the related fee. If your US or Canada tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you suspect theft, we encourage you to file a claim with USPS and contact the Postal Inspection Service (1-877-876-2455).
Refund & Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns on items. All sales are final. When possible, however, we will replace any damaged or defective item shipped within the US. If there is any problem with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
